We offer for rent several furnished studios, located in a modern, contemporary and high-end residential building, directly opposite the EPFL.

The building is privatized, secure, and free of nuisances, offering a quiet and well-maintained living environment with an unobstructed view of the lake. Its location is ideal: immediate access to public transportation, and only 100 meters from the lake, beaches, and sports fields.

Each studio consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a desk/dining area, storage cabinets, a television, a kitchenette with equipment, and a shower room with Corian resin and stone finishes. Most studios have a balcony. A cellar and a letterbox complete the offering.

Bed linen, bath towels and kitchen utensils are provided. Access to the accommodation is via badge or mobile phone.

Underfloor heating, which can be individually adjusted, is active in winter, while a free-cooling underfloor cooling system ensures summer comfort. Each studio is equipped with an independent double-flow ventilation system.

The monthly utility fee is all-inclusive: it includes electricity, hot water, heating, a high-speed individual Wi-Fi connection, and a subscription to TV channels.

A laundry room is available in the building.

Parking spaces can be rented on request. Cleaning service available on request. A few furnished 2-room apartments are also available on request.

The monthly rent is CHF 2,120.-, with a monthly service charge of CHF 230.-.
